Jaguar, the England-based vehicle manufacturer, has committed to the FIA's Formula E World Championship forthcoming GEN4 platform, solidifying its role in the series until 2030.

The new GEN4 platform will offer improvements to energy efficiency, race performance, and safety standards, according to Formula E, and will introduce new features such as regeneration capacity up to 700kW and a power output surge up to 600kW.
